• Identify and cultivate early-stage investment opportunities across the NWA ecosystem
• Work closely with regional ESO partners for deal flow
• Build and interpret financial models and lead due diligence
• Evaluate financing instruments and draft investment memos
• Manage the end-to-end deal process from sourcing through close
• Maintain active relationships with portfolio companies
• Serve as a visible presence in the NWA ecosystem
• Cultivate relationships with local and regional investors
• Produce regular pipeline and portfolio updates
