About the role
- Contribute to the setup and operationalisation of the new Global team.
- Jointly lead prioritisation and planning of high impact partners.
- Be a credible and trusted contact for academic centres and research networks.
- Embed effective ways of working across local and Global teams.
- Actively represent GSK at key moments and scientific conferences.
- Maintain a forward-looking perspective by identifying emerging opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with country specific regulatory requirements.
- Drive project, budget and stakeholder management for partnership initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific discipline.
- Prior experience in establishing and/or managing multiple external partnerships in Asia, including research networks, academic centres, collaborative groups and societies.
- Prior experience in building and sustaining relationships with recognised external experts.
- Effective internal stakeholder management experience.
- Prior experience leading teams in a matrixed or cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with local regulatory, legal and compliance requirements.
