About the role

  • Work on exciting business management issues in a manufacturing environment
  • Support the strategy, budget and target planning processes
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide support for ad-hoc analyses as well as planning and optimization projects
  • Assist with projects and workshops on site

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a comparable program
  • Initial practical experience through internships or working-student positions — ideally in production, logistics or operations
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel or Power BI
  • First experience with SAP (e.g., MM or PP) is an advantage
