About the role
- Entrepreneurial responsibility for the management and further development of our five production plants in Germany (quality, delivery, costs), including associated multi‑million‑euro investments
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the plant management teams with the aim of deliberately advancing culture, structure and employee development
- Establishment, expansion and optimization of production structures and technologies — nationally and for deliveries to our international sites
- Identification and elimination of bottlenecks in processes, capacity and resources, and implementation of improvements to sustainably ensure quality, delivery capability and efficiency, and thus competitiveness
- Shaping change processes with regard to our strategic Roadmap 2035 and actively contributing to strategy development
- Communicating successes based on hands‑on manufacturing experience
- Collaboration and knowledge transfer with international sites and central functions such as Purchasing and Logistics
- Regular on‑site presence to ensure an active and sustainable exchange with the plants
- Direct reporting line to our COO, Europe
