• Define the 4–12 week product strategy with clear milestones and success criteria.
• Act as the final filter for the roadmap: evaluate every feature against revenue impact and growth potential.

• Airtight PRDs: Take over and refine all Product Requirement Documents. Every spec must include acceptance criteria, edge cases, and a clear split between frontend/backend responsibilities to eliminate developer guesswork.
• Jira Mastery: Own the backlog hygiene and sprint planning. Move beyond "moving tickets" to using velocity data to improve delivery predictability.
• Process Design: Establish lightweight rituals (two-pass syncs, async notes) that work across distributed time zones.
• Structure unpredictable AI experimentation using time-boxed "spikes."
• Bridge the gap between R&D exploration and product reality, ensuring research stays aligned with business goals rather than chasing every new model trend.
• Manage and mentor the existing PM team (Nayana + Project Manager).
• Be the "First Line of Defense" against scope creep, pushing back on bad ideas—even from the CEO—to protect team velocity.

• Own and deliver backend features end-to-end, from API design through deployment
• Solve interesting problems across video generation pipelines, AI integrations, and billing systems

Growth Marketing

• Own growth targets across acquisition channels
• Build a plan to hit and maintain 4x+ ROAS targets where applicable
• Manage blended CAC goals and budget allocation
• Define ICP priorities (talking head creators, businesses using YouTube as a funnel, etc.)
• Build reporting cadence and dashboards (CAC, ROAS, payback, cohort retention)
• Identify, negotiate, and manage YouTube sponsorship deals

• Build programmatic motion graphics using Remotion + React
• Create reusable components and templates (lower thirds, titles, charts, transitions, etc.)
• Improve motion polish: easing, timing, rhythm, spacing, visual consistency
• Maintain a clean motion design system (colors, typography, layout patterns)
• Collaborate with the team to iterate fast based on feedback
• Optimize performance and rendering reliability

QA Engineer

• Test new features and releases across our web app + video generation pipeline
• Catch regressions before they hit production (UI, backend workflows, output quality issues)
• Write clear, actionable bug reports with repro steps + expected vs actual + videos/screenshots
• Create and maintain test plans for critical flows (generation, editing, exports, credits/billing flows)
• Help build a simple QA process that scales (release checklist, smoke tests, QA gating)
• Work closely with frontend/backend/AI engineers to improve reliability and speed

QA Tester

• Own hiring end-to-end
• Find and engage engineers in Turkey and Eastern Europe
• Conduct initial recruiter interviews
• Qualify for independence, competence, and problem solving ability
• Improve and operationalize our hiring process

Tech Recruiter

Sales

• Run onboarding calls for new customers and help them get set up quickly
• Host product demos and answer pre-sales questions
• Help users understand how to get the best results with the tool
• Handle inbound leads who request a call (scheduled on demand)
• Guide users to the right plan based on their goals and usage
• Follow up with users who are stuck or haven’t activated successfully
• Document common issues/questions and share them with the team to improve onboarding and product
• Track call outcomes and feedback so we continuously improve conversion and retention

Software Sales Agent – Onboarding, Demos

Art Director

• Review generated videos and identify what’s working vs. what’s failing
• Spot issues in pacing, story beats, retention, clarity, tone, and visual cohesion
• Catch common failure patterns (awkward transitions, mismatched B-roll, generic motion graphics, inconsistent style, etc.)
• Give direct, high-signal critique — the kind a strong editor gives in a team review
• Create a clear “minimum viable quality” standard for outputs
• Build a style bible / guidelines around pacing rules, structure & beats, transitions, motion graphics consistency, visual style cohesion, documentary/storytelling principles
• Define what “human quality” means in a way that can be measured and improved
• Translate editorial feedback into actionable direction engineers can implement
• Provide examples, references, and patterns (what to do vs. what to avoid)
• Run weekly feedback sessions with the team
• Help non-editor developers build stronger creative instincts
• Direct the evolution of our motion graphics library and overall visual style
• Ensure cohesion (fonts, timing, visual language, rhythm)
• Define SOPs for how visuals should support narrative beats
• Align style across outputs so it feels consistent and intentional
