About the role
- Lead the internal QA/QI process for validating product updates, AI system changes, and onboarding of new customer groups.
- Validate AI model performance by reviewing cases, assessing diagnostic accuracy, and providing clinical feedback to the data science and engineering teams.
- Serve as a clinical liaison to customers, helping them understand and optimize use of AI tools in real-world clinical workflows.
- Collaborate with the product team to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new AI features and enhancements, ensuring clinical accuracy and user alignment.
- Partner with technical teams to translate clinical insights into model improvements and usability enhancements.
- Provide clinical education and guidance across internal teams to improve understanding of diagnostic standards and radiographic interpretation.
- Support internal and external clinical documentation, training, and validation reports.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) required.
- Active dental license (U.S.) in good standing.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical practice experience with strong diagnostic and radiographic interpretation skills.
- Experience with dental imaging systems (2D, 3D, intraoral scanners) and familiarity with dental technology workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex clinical concepts to non-clinical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical quality and integrity.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a product-driven organization is a plus.
