About the role

  • Validate pre-registered prescriptions
  • Qualify sales made by Vidalink's partner pharmacies/drugstores, ensuring compliance with SLAs agreed with our clients
  • Assist with other tasks in the department as required by operational needs

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and email)
  • Attention to detail, concentration, proactivity, and an analytical profile to perform the tasks
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication, and customer focus
  • Team player
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
  • Alternating days off on Saturdays or Sundays with a reduced 5-hour shift; schedules may vary according to operational needs
  • Holidays on a rotation schedule
