Support Engineer

• Provide first-level technical support to internal and/or external users, logging, categorizing and tracking tickets until resolution
• Assist in the analysis and resolution of incidents related to the company’s systems
• Perform basic tests on functionalities after system fixes or updates
• Monitor the operation of integrations between systems, identifying failures or inconsistencies
• Document procedures, manuals and frequently asked questions for team and user reference
• Assist in collecting and analyzing logs to investigate reported errors
• Suggest improvements to support and service processes based on day-to-day experience
• Develop professionally in the area of software development
