About the role

  • Drive the B2B sales process for SMEs from first contact to closing;
  • Act consultatively with decision-makers (HR, Finance, Leadership), understanding customer pain points and needs;
  • Perform structured follow-up on opportunities, ensuring momentum and forward movement in the pipeline;
  • Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, keeping information up to date and forecasts reliable;
  • Work closely with Marketing to qualify and convert leads;
  • Meet sales, conversion and forecast targets;
  • Provide market insights and feedback to continuously improve the commercial process.

Requirements

  • Previous B2B sales experience as Inside Sales;
  • Experience selling corporate benefits, HR-related services, health and wellness products, or recurring services (SaaS/subscription);
  • Experience selling to SMEs, with negotiation cycles;
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-up discipline and pipeline management;
  • Experience working with targets, commission structures and sales predictability;
  • Good communication, active listening and a consultative profile;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred).
