About the role
- Drive the B2B sales process for SMEs from first contact to closing;
- Act consultatively with decision-makers (HR, Finance, Leadership), understanding customer pain points and needs;
- Perform structured follow-up on opportunities, ensuring momentum and forward movement in the pipeline;
- Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, keeping information up to date and forecasts reliable;
- Work closely with Marketing to qualify and convert leads;
- Meet sales, conversion and forecast targets;
- Provide market insights and feedback to continuously improve the commercial process.
Requirements
- Previous B2B sales experience as Inside Sales;
- Experience selling corporate benefits, HR-related services, health and wellness products, or recurring services (SaaS/subscription);
- Experience selling to SMEs, with negotiation cycles;
- Strong organizational skills, follow-up discipline and pipeline management;
- Experience working with targets, commission structures and sales predictability;
- Good communication, active listening and a consultative profile;
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred).
