About the role
- Lead the end-to-end provisioning of 2G/4G/5G mobile telephony services across the access transmission footprint, including microwave (MW) links and FTTS (Fiber To The Site) nodes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MW Design, FO Design, Radio Engineering, Performance, Network Operations and Field Operations) to ensure seamless service activation and delivery.
- Validate and configure transmission paths to support 5G service requirements for throughput, latency, and SLA compliance.
- Analyze network performance data to identify and troubleshoot provisioning and service activation issues.
- Drive operational excellence through automation of provisioning workflows and system integrations.
- Support service launch activities with clear documentation, test plans, and issue resolution.
- Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to optimize provisioning processes and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Assist in developing provisioning tools, scripts, and dashboards to elevate efficiency and repeatability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in service provisioning within mobile networks, specifically involving 5G RAN and transport layers.
- Strong technical competency with microwave radio and fiber access technologies (MW links, FTTS, etc.).
- Familiarity with performance KPIs (latency, throughput, utilization) and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to interpret network designs and transform them into operational provisioning deliverables.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Programming or scripting experience (e.g. Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel advanced analytics).
- Exposure to data analytics, KPI analysis, or dashboard development for network or operational data.
- Interest in automation of provisioning workflows, reporting, or repetitive operational tasks.
