Engineer

• Lead the end-to-end provisioning of 2G/4G/5G mobile telephony services across the access transmission footprint, including microwave (MW) links and FTTS (Fiber To The Site) nodes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MW Design, FO Design, Radio Engineering, Performance, Network Operations and Field Operations) to ensure seamless service activation and delivery.
• Validate and configure transmission paths to support 5G service requirements for throughput, latency, and SLA compliance.
• Analyze network performance data to identify and troubleshoot provisioning and service activation issues.
• Drive operational excellence through automation of provisioning workflows and system integrations.
• Support service launch activities with clear documentation, test plans, and issue resolution.
• Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to optimize provisioning processes and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Assist in developing provisioning tools, scripts, and dashboards to elevate efficiency and repeatability.
