About the role

  • Own inventory standards, including barcodes, face value accuracy, and seller compliance.
  • Monitor and improve inventory integrity by managing rejection rates, pricing accuracy, and overall listing quality.
  • Lead management for high-risk and high-profile events (Super Bowl, The Masters, bowl games, major tennis events, schedule releases, etc.).
  • Ensure we retain and grow year-over-year inventory from key sellers for trending and marquee events.
  • Analyze market data to ensure best-in-market pricing and strong sell-through.
  • Evaluate international events and ensure partners and affiliates are actively marketing relevant inventory.
  • Manage Distribution Plus and retail-only discount programs in partnership with suppliers.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and operations to keep inventory aligned, competitive, and trustworthy.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketplaces, ticketing, pricing, inventory, or operations.
  • Strong analytical instincts — you’re comfortable using data to make decisions fast.
  • Deep attention to detail with a bias toward action and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage supplier relationships while enforcing platform standards.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment tied to live events.
