About the role

  • Help manage People & Capability (P&C) projects.
  • Design and deliver engagement, change, and readiness strategies that ensure initiatives are understood, adopted, and embedded.
  • Partner with P&C, subject matter experts, and the wider business to ensure that project milestones are met.
  • Provide practical advice to P&C leads on governance, project management principles, and escalating complex matters as required.
  • Coordinate governance forums and draft clear, people-focused communications to support effective oversight and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting projects end-to-end — from scoping and planning through to tracking, documentation management and meeting coordination.
  • You bring experience in HR or People & Culture environments, or exposure to government or operational projects.
  • Comfortable working across multiple initiatives and keeping delivery on track.
  • Understanding of governance, compliance and stakeholder engagement in people-related work.
  • Confident using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to manage documentation, reporting and collaboration.
