About the role

  • Lead ticketing operations at scale across Victoria’s public transport network
  • Oversee the operation and delivery of myki and contactless ticketing products, services and systems
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for contractual oversight, governance and operational performance
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to provide stability for staff
  • Negate disruption to the delivery of operational services and uphold system performance requirements

Requirements

  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience in operations, service delivery or contract management within a complex environment
  • Experience overseeing outsourced service providers and managing performance against KPIs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capability across government, private sector and supplier environments
  • Experience in mass transport, ticketing, payments, large-scale technology or infrastructure operations (highly regarded)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in technology management, business, engineering or a related discipline (highly regarded)
