About the role
- Responsible for ensuring compliance during project delivery (construction).
- Monitor impact of work on the community and ensure a positive impact.
- Work to find new strategies to deliver outcomes.
- Guide others through the strategic planning process.
- Identify and manage a range of complex stakeholder needs.
- Hold self and team accountable to public sector values and performance standards.
- Establish and implement actions to increase level of people engagement.
Requirements
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Government policy, complex approvals and permits.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on land, planning, environment and sustainability matters.
- Work closely with project teams, delivery partners, sub-contractors, government departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to establish mechanisms to monitor impact of work on the community.
- Flexibility and adaptability in finding new ways to deliver outcomes.
- Guide others through the strategic planning process, creating a shared vision for the future.
- Manage a range of complex and often competing stakeholder needs.
