About the role

  • You will be part of our Business Development team.
  • Your core responsibility is to scale our pool of outstanding Vicos to match demand.
  • You will actively source and manage candidates: find, qualify, and onboard them so they can build a profitable Vico.
  • This is a people business — you will interact and communicate with a wide range of people every day.
  • You will support end-to-end in defining and implementing strategies to build and scale Vicos.
  • You will be able to develop and execute new ideas — from marketing campaigns to relationship management.
  • You will build the Vico community.
  • You will engage and motivate our Vicos to be active members and to proactively grow independently.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — we are growing fast and you will grow with us.
  • University degree with a strong academic record.
  • Excellent communication skills — you will interact with many people on a daily basis.
  • Strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate internally and externally with people from technology, sales, services, and finance.
  • Excellent judgment in assessing people and organizations with respect to their strengths, weaknesses, and strategic fit with us.
  • Excellent German and English skills (DACH is still our home market while we expand internationally).
