Manage, maintain and optimize the fundraising CRM System, ensuring data accuracy, deduplication, documentation, and system improvements.
Optimize additional fundraising platforms including Classy, Double the Donation, FreeWill, Data Axle, Salesforce nonprofit cloud, prospecting platforms and others.
Identify and manage technology platforms and partners.
Create a prospecting process and system for grants, foundations and donors.
Ensure accurate data entry of prospecting, gift processing, and timely data flow between systems.
Build dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics for pipeline management, forecasting, and email and donor cultivation segmentation.
Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports on fundraising activities.
Provide donor insights and wealth-screening summaries for Individual and Institutional Giving teams.
Assist with major donor moves management and tracking, preparing materials, and prospect research.
Leverage technology tools to develop segmentation models and automated workflows to support donor journeys and digital campaigns.
Partner with Finance, Marketing, Technology and Operations Teams to ensure clean data flow and integration across systems.
Serve as the technical lead for new fundraising innovation tools.
Develop processes and Train Development staff on all technology tools including CRM procedures, data systems, and reporting.
Work with team on prospecting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of relevant experience
Salesforce Certification
Ability to work EST time zone
In-depth proficiency with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and fundraising technology tools specifically Salesforce Accounting Subledger and Atrata’s prospecting tool
Data management, analysis, and reporting skills
Strong understanding of fundraising principles and donor engagement
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work cross functionally
Ability to work flexibly, potentially outside normal hours to support campaigns
