About the role
- Drive profitable sales growth and develop strong customer relationships
- Develop and manage a sales territory; prospect for new customers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners
- Ensure optimal in-store execution and present sales plans
- Analyze sales data to inform decisions and identify opportunities
Requirements
- University or college degree, with 1–3 years of sales management experience (preferred)
- 5+ years' experience in consumer goods sales (an asset)
- Experience with direct store delivery (DSD) preferred
- Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel up to 75% and ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Benefits
- Car allowance: up to $1,400/month
- Cell phone allowance: $50/month
- Signing bonus: $250 after 3 months and $1,500 after 6 months
- Annual performance bonus: based on achievement of targets, up to $2,500 per year
