About the role
- Implement the commercial strategy, negotiating commercial agreements based on market analysis to achieve results and targets, maximizing the profitability of the sales area.
- Conduct market research, identifying competitors' actions to provide the company with information aimed at applying the most appropriate strategy to ensure its positioning.
- Identify customer profiles to effectively enable the company's B2B strategy through differentiated product and service offerings.
- Support the development and implementation of new products for strategic clients in coordination with the Product area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Valid driver's license (category B).
- Must reside in Porto Velho (RO), Brazil.
- Preferred experience in new business prospecting (hunter profile).
- Experience in sales of fuels, lubricants, chemicals, and energy is a plus.
- Negotiation skills.
- Proactivity and autonomy.
- Initiative and optimism.
- Hands-on profile.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
