About the role

  • Diagnose and prioritize across the revenue funnel
  • Map friction points across lead routing, deal execution, retention, and expansion — and connect each to a business outcome
  • Build and maintain a prioritized backlog, balancing daily triage with longer-term project work
  • Build AI-first solutions
  • Design and ship agent- and automation-led tools using Claude and other AI tooling
  • Test automations end-to-end, debug technical issues, and iterate based on real usage
  • Identify where AI can replace manual workarounds and drive meaningful efficiency gains
  • Partner closely with GTM teams
  • Meet regularly with GTM teams to surface emerging needs as strategy evolves
  • Translate team-specific requests into scalable solutions — knowing when to standardize and when to stay flexible
  • Bring teams along through change rather than forcing conformity; consult, don't dictate
  • Drive toward revenue outcomes
  • Connect every project to a measurable goal — revenue growth or net dollar retention
  • Establish clean, comparable data across the sales org to support accurate reporting and pipeline visibility
  • Own the outcome of what you ship: diagnose what worked, what didn't, and why

Requirements

  • Background in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, GTM tooling, or a related systems-oriented role
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools — you've shipped automations, built connectors, or created workflow tools in production
  • Strong data literacy — you can read a dashboard and draw meaningful conclusions without being handed a brief
  • Able to manage a backlog and drive parallel workstreams without losing sight of the longer-term goal
  • Strong judgment — you think critically about what AI outputs, validate against real GTM context, and know what's worth building
