About the role
- Support Marketing Operations process initiatives for Viatris’ print production/fulfillment operations and assist with vendor account management
- Pre-launch readiness support in maintaining timelines, checklists and project trackers for product launches
- Assist in planning and execution of regional convention and speaker program operations for North America
- Prepare, analyze and deliver reports to commercial business partners on the status of Viatris promotional materials
- Coordinate and track industry benchmarking program for marketing stakeholders
- Support Marketing Operations initiatives with special projects and enhancement programs as assigned
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a Marketing or Business Administration degree program
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred
- Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, and critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required
