About the role
- Develop business plan for assigned territory consistent with Viatris sales plans
- Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers
- Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory while adhering to ethical sales practices
- Develop positive and interactive relationships with peers, customers, and Company managers
- Gather and utilize information from pharmacists and others to develop strategies for territory prescribers
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member to deliver results
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
