About the role
- Develop business plan for assigned territory
- Conduct quality sales presentations to all targeted customers
- Achieve quarterly sales goals within territory
- Develop positive and interactive relationships with peers and customers
- Gather and utilize information to implement specific strategies for territory prescribers
- Leverage sample program and other items for physician awareness of Viatris products
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record
