About the role
- You will establish the anti-thrombosis portfolio with relevant specialists and clinical departments through targeted measures to generate spill‑over effects into the outpatient/private practice sector
- You will be responsible for sales, market share and potential development in the defined territory
- You will independently manage efficient route planning, appointment scheduling and regular visits to the defined accounts in hospitals and office‑based specialist practices
- You will support assigned office‑based specialists to ensure sustainable customer retention and continuous sales development
- You will regularly analyze sales, market and territory KPIs (hospital and retail)
- You will be responsible for building and continuously expanding new accounts and maintaining existing customer relationships to sustainably increase sales and market presence
- You will keep account plans continuously updated to ensure strategic customer management and to maximize revenue potential
- You will plan, organize and execute regional trainings and events in hospitals and practices
- You will involve your regional management, Key Account Management and other departments in territory‑specific processes
- You will create and update customer data sheets and account plans to support regular exchange with regional management
- You will ensure timely and complete documentation of all activities, sample distributions and customer data in the CRM system Veeva
- You will submit mandatory reports of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to Drug Safety within 24 hours in accordance with applicable regulations
Requirements
- You are certified as a pharmaceutical representative in accordance with § 75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz, AMG)
- You have several years of professional experience in the sales of prescription medicines, ideally in both the hospital sector and the office‑based specialist segment
- Knowledge or experience in the anti‑thrombosis area is desirable
- You have a solid understanding of business and pharmacoeconomic contexts as well as the strategic orientation and decision‑making processes in the hospital and specialist segments
- You are able to develop and implement strategic measures and account plans for individual hospitals and practices
- You demonstrate strong commercial skills, scientific argumentation strength and a high closing orientation
- Your thinking is analytical and entrepreneurial
- You are a team player with strong self‑organization, digital competence and a structured way of working
- You hold a Class B driving license and are willing to travel extensively
- You live in or close to the territory to be managed
