💰 $165,000 - $210,000 per year
About the role
- Meets & exceeds corporate sales objectives for the Region within assigned geographies
- Plans, directs, implements, and has full oversight of Territory Manager policies
- Recruits, retains, and develops high-performing Territory Managers
- Provides consistent, proactive, and individualized coaching to the Territory Managers
- Ensures execution and pull-through based on potential and growth opportunities
- Establishes and cultivates productive relationships with the Eye Care community
- Complies with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 6-8 years of pharmaceutical, medical or related sales experience
- Eye Care experience strongly preferred
- 2-3+ years of management experience preferred
- Must live within geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance
- Must have valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel required, including overnights, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Demonstrated success with coaching and developing top talent preferred
- Strong business acumen skills
