About the role

  • Receive client requests, clarify questions about the system, and guide users on its use and the appropriate workflow to meet specific needs.
  • Log support interactions and resolutions in the work platform, ensuring organization and transparency in the process.
  • Stay up to date on system features and operational procedures through study, training, and meetings. Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and share knowledge.
  • Manage time to meet support SLAs and organize assigned requests, identifying potential problems and proposing preventive solutions.
  • Protect the confidentiality of client information and preserve the company’s image in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Higher education completed, in progress, or currently enrolled.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on problem solving.
  • Ability to work in a team, demonstrating empathy and an interest in interacting with people.
  • Energetic, proactive, and engaged profile, willing to learn, innovate, and face challenges.
  • Innovative mindset with outside-the-box thinking to pursue creative solutions.
