About the role
- Manage and coordinate sales activities and events in your region
- Manage the available budget with a focus on meeting the objectives of the company's commercial policy
- Focus on customer service and retention
- Drive team engagement and profitability for the company
- Commercial management of the company's direct and indirect channels in the region within the technical market
- Participate in developing the commercial strategy
- Responsible for preparing sales forecasts
- Leadership, people and process management, negotiation, and financial and market management of clients
- Availability for travel
- Comply with EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) procedures and guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Advanced Microsoft Office
- CRM systems
- Management systems
- Experience in people management
- Preferred: Fluent English
