About the role

  • Draft and prepare complex employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, providing timely updates and handling reporting and data requests
  • Lead program management efforts for key client accounts and drive special projects to enhance immigration processes
  • Deliver training to junior team members on U.S. immigration policies, workflows, and best practices
  • Stay current on U.S. immigration law, regulatory updates, and industry trends to ensure compliance and service excellence
  • Leverage automation and technology to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience
  • Apply data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize immigration strategies
  • Participate in client meetings and offer consultative, strategic guidance
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality across all casework and client deliverables

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration
  • Paralegal certificate or university degree preferred
  • Strong interest in continuous learning and leveraging digital tools to enhance immigration services
  • Familiarity with Vialto Law’s tech-driven solutions is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with a client-first mindset and collaborative approach.
