• Provide technical support to internal users;
• Assist in monitoring the infrastructure environment;
• Help manage user accounts, access and permissions;
• Support maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers and other equipment;
• Assist with configuration and support of networks, internet, telephony and corporate systems;
• Install and update software;
• Log and follow up on technical tickets;
• Assist in documenting procedures and maintaining the IT inventory;
• Escalate more complex incidents to the senior team when necessary.
