Communications

• Architect and design unified communications systems, including VoIP, video conferencing, and real-time collaboration tools.
• Develop and document UC/UX architecture to optimize end-user experience, communication flow, and service reliability.
• Lead the integration of collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex with enterprise infrastructure.
• Define and implement standards for SIP, QoS, call routing, conferencing, and federation across hybrid and cloud environments.
• Partner with Network, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure UC systems meet performance, interoperability, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct assessments of UC performance metrics and recommend architecture improvements or technology upgrades.
• Oversee system migrations, expansions, and modernization initiatives aligned with enterprise architecture goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and OCM teams to promote adoption, create user training, and manage change impacts.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and configuration baselines for UC systems.
• Provide subject matter expertise on UC tools, integrations, and automation capabilities to enhance enterprise collaboration.
