About the role

  • Assume an operational role in human resources management
  • Act as the first point of contact for all labor and employment law matters
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, collective bargaining (tariff) and company regulations
  • Support a defined group of employees
  • Advise managers on personnel measures (e.g., hiring, transfers, formal warnings, terminations)
  • Work closely and confidentially with the works council
  • Implement collective bargaining agreements, company agreements and legal requirements
  • Prepare and process labor and employment law documents
  • Contribute to the further development of operational HR processes and participate in HR projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with an HR focus, (Business) Psychology or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in operational HR work, e.g., as an HR Business Partner, HR Specialist (Personalreferent) or HR Generalist (m/f/d)
  • Solid knowledge of labor law as well as experience working with the works council and collective bargaining agreements
  • Structured, independent and practical, hands-on working style
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, discretion and a confident appearance
