About the role
- Implement, apply and continuously improve processes for construction projects in the overhead line sector.
- Review implemented processes during planning and construction phases, including success monitoring and evaluation of improvement measures.
- Ensure quality in project-related document management (e.g., construction documents, minutes, certificates).
- Act as the point of contact for project and construction teams on all matters related to processes, standards and document templates.
- Plan, organize and prepare/follow up on project and construction meetings (PMO meetings).
- Develop and apply project management tools and methods with a focus on construction and infrastructure projects.
- Establish and maintain a central lessons-learned database from construction and project execution.
Requirements
- A completed commercial or technical degree, ideally related to construction, infrastructure or project management, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Fachwirt, technician).
- Whether you are an entry-level candidate or have several years of experience in process, quality or construction management — we offer the right entry level for you.
- Confident user of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of MS Project or construction-related planning tools is an advantage.
- Team player with assertiveness, quick comprehension and strong organizational skills, including in a construction-site environment.
- Driver’s license class B and willingness to travel regularly to construction sites and project locations (approx. 3–4 days per week).
- Very good written and spoken German skills (at least C1 level).
