About the role

  • You develop bespoke software solutions and independently implement requirements in a solution-oriented way
  • You maintain existing programs, modernize them, and ensure stable, continuous development
  • You work closely with customers, provide support, and contribute your communication experience
  • You actively shape digitalization processes — strategically, analytically, and with a focus on what is feasible
  • You work in an agile environment using modern tools such as Jira and Confluence

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational or academic training (e.g., HAS, HAK, University of Applied Sciences, or university) with an IT focus, or hold a comparable qualification
  • You bring several years of professional experience in software development — ideally in the context of custom client solutions
  • You have existing knowledge of RPG (IV or Free), COBOL, or another procedural programming language
  • You have experience with relational databases, interfaces (REST, XML, JSON), and tools such as Postman or SoapUI
  • You work in a structured, quality-oriented, and independent manner — you enjoy contributing to the team and are committed to ongoing learning
