About the role
- You are the first point of contact for users of our Infoma software modules in the area of financial accounting
- You analyze and classify customer inquiries and document the reports in the ticketing system
- You handle general customer inquiries and resolve them via remote diagnosis with guidance
- For more complex issues, you gather all relevant data and information and prepare them for the next support level
- You regularly take advantage of our training, further education, and certification offerings to continuously develop your skills
Requirements
- You have vocational training or a degree in business administration, public administration, or a tax-related field — or equivalent practical experience
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy contributing as a team player
- You act in a customer-oriented and friendly manner and bring a strong service mindset
- You demonstrate carefulness, commitment, and a willingness to learn
