About the role

  • Manage Vi’s presence (posting cadence, coordination, scheduling) across all channels including YouTube, LinkedIn and others
  • Support thought-leadership distribution (releases, reports, announcements)
  • Coordinate content calendars across launches, events, and PR moments
  • Manage website updates (links, pages, launch content, CTAs)
  • Coordinate with design/dev on site changes and QA
  • Ensure marketing assets are current, accurate, and live
  • Coordinate press releases, announcements, and media outreach logistics
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies or external partners
  • Track coverage, announcements, and campaign timelines
  • Own marketing workflows, timelines, and execution details
  • Ensure brand consistency across all outbound marketing and ensure commercial content is consistent
  • Work closely with Creative, Product, Sales, and Leadership
  • Translate high-level strategy into day-to-day marketing actions

Requirements

  • B2B, SaaS, or AI-adjacent marketing
  • Project management skills and capabilities
  • Strong LinkedIn and content distribution experience
  • Comfortable working with founders and executive leadership team
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Familiar with CMS platforms, marketing tools, and analytics basics
  • Strong written communication and editorial judgment
  • Experience in healthcare, AI, or enterprise tech is a plus
