About the role
- Introduce, implement and continuously develop processes for construction projects in the overhead transmission line sector.
- Review implemented processes during planning and construction phases, including monitoring effectiveness and evaluating improvement measures.
- Ensure quality in construction project document management (e.g., construction documents, meeting minutes, records).
- Act as the point of contact for project and construction teams on all matters related to processes, standards and document templates.
- Plan, organize and prepare and follow up on project and construction meetings (PMO sessions).
- Develop and apply project management tools and methods with a focus on construction and infrastructure projects.
- Establish and maintain a central lessons‑learned database from construction and project execution.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or a technical/engineering field, ideally related to construction, infrastructure or project management, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., Fachwirt, technician).
- Whether you are an entry‑level candidate or have several years of experience in process, quality or construction management — we offer the appropriate entry level for you.
- Proficient in common MS Office programs; knowledge of MS Project or construction‑related planning tools is an advantage.
- Team player with assertiveness, quick comprehension and strong organizational skills, including in a construction site environment.
- Class B driving license and willingness to travel regularly to construction sites and project locations (approx. 3–4 days per week).
- Very good written and spoken German (at least C1 level).
