About the role
- You support organizations in analyzing, developing and sustainably embedding a living safety culture.
- In workshops, trainings and dialogue formats you work with employees and managers at eye level — practical, interactive and effective.
- You design and accompany cultural change processes and apply appropriate change-management methods to achieve sustainable development.
- With creative and innovative approaches you generate enthusiasm for occupational safety and occupational health and make these topics tangible.
- You advise companies on cultural transformation and support the establishment of long-term learning, reflection and improvement processes.
- You combine technical expertise with a sensitive understanding of people, organizations and change dynamics.
Requirements
- Ideally, you bring experience in occupational safety, occupational health, quality management, organizational development, change management, training or coaching — career changers are explicitly welcome.
- You enjoy working with people and take pleasure in actively shaping change processes.
- A communicative, empathetic and at the same time confident manner characterizes you — also in challenging situations.
- You want to advise organizations on an equal footing and feel comfortable in the role of initiator and facilitator.
- You have a strong affinity for occupational safety and safety culture and see these as part of an integrated corporate culture.
- A high willingness to travel and enjoyment of working in different organizations and work environments complete your profile.
- Excellent written and spoken German is essential for this position.
