About the role

  • Design and implement a modern Integrated Management System with a focus on ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
  • Support and accompany audits and translate standard requirements into practical implementation
  • Support teams in process optimization and risk management
  • Maintain and further develop procedures across the company, including organizing training and workshops
  • Identify system nonconformities and derive targeted corrective and improvement measures
  • Conduct internal audit assessments confidently and support external audits
  • Assemble and develop a qualified audit team and take responsibility for their development during internal audits
  • Apply risk management methods effectively to achieve sustainable process improvements.

Requirements

  • University degree in (industrial/) engineering, (business/) computer science, quality management, or a comparable discipline — alternatively, equivalent vocational training
  • Initial practical experience in quality management, ideally within the ISO 9001 context
  • Familiarity with other regulatory frameworks, such as environmental management and information security (ISO 27001)
  • Analytical thinking, structured working style, and the ability to maintain an overview in complex situations
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to develop solutions collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany approximately 3 times per month
  • Excellent written and spoken German and good English skills for confident communication in an international work environment.
