About the role

  • From developing and posting job advertisements to supporting interview processes, you are the central point of contact for the entire recruiting process within your business unit.
  • You advise our specialist and management teams and support them on all matters related to recruiting.
  • You expand existing recruiting channels and identify new ways to attract top talent.
  • You actively shape our employer brand – for example through social media campaigns, the design of flyers and trade fair materials, and by creating target-group-specific content for external platforms.
  • As part of active sourcing projects, you identify and proactively approach suitable candidates.
  • You represent our company at career fairs and position Actemium as an attractive employer.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a personnel specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or a degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline
  • Professional experience in operational recruitment, ideally with knowledge of active sourcing and conducting interviews
  • Experience implementing employer branding measures, e.g. social media campaigns
  • A proactive, hands-on and service-oriented mentality
  • Enthusiasm for recruiting as well as an independent, careful working style
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
