About the role

  • First point of contact for employees and managers on all personnel-related and labor law matters
  • Handling operational tasks within HR management
  • Analyzing key metrics, deriving HR measures and preparing decision-making materials for management
  • Establishing and optimizing HR processes and actively contributing to HR special projects
  • Initiating and supporting employee development measures
  • Assisting with workforce planning and the preparation of the personnel budget

Requirements

  • Professional experience in a generalist HR environment
  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Strong IT affinity for digital HR applications, including very good Microsoft Office skills
  • Enjoy working in a structured, solution-oriented way
  • Authentic personality with strong interpersonal skills
