About the role
- Manage existing customer accounts with strategic development, focusing on IBM software and upselling
- Take responsibility for the IBM software business and drive growth together with IBM and customers
- Develop new Axians services with a focus on IBM products and actively market them
- Understand customer requirements and collaboratively design and implement solutions
- Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Presales, and Consulting
Requirements
- Technical understanding of software solutions, with an emphasis on IBM technologies
- Experience selling IT service solutions
- Ability to identify customer needs and develop appropriate solutions
- Proactive, results-oriented working style with a strong "can-do" mentality
- Enjoy working in a team and building long-term customer relationships
- Willingness to travel and confident communication skills in German and English
