About the role
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email and the ticketing system
- Analyzing and reproducing reported software issues
- Communicating with product management, development and related departments
- Developing solutions and supporting customers with technical and functional questions
- Documenting support cases and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and product quality
- Participating in product tests or feedback sessions to help develop the software further
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker, IT systems management clerk) or a comparable qualification is an advantage
- Experience in customer support or technical support, ideally in a software environment
- Technical understanding of software architectures and IT infrastructures
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a customer-service orientation
- Team player with a willingness to collaborate across departments
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are a plus
