About the role

  • Advise managers on employment law and personnel-management matters
  • Provide strategic and operational HR support to a defined business unit on all personnel-related topics
  • Work closely with the works council and actively contribute to the development of works agreements
  • Draft and process employment-related documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and terminations
  • Handle administrative HR tasks, particularly managing the digital personnel file and document management
  • Participate in HR optimization projects

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or a related field with a focus on Human Resources
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role
  • Solid knowledge of employment law and works council law
  • Experience working with the works council and applying collective bargaining agreements
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness, even in complex situations
  • High self-initiative, solution orientation, and negotiation skills
