About the role
- Advise managers on employment law and personnel-management matters
- Provide strategic and operational HR support to a defined business unit on all personnel-related topics
- Work closely with the works council and actively contribute to the development of works agreements
- Draft and process employment-related documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and terminations
- Handle administrative HR tasks, particularly managing the digital personnel file and document management
- Participate in HR optimization projects
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a related field with a focus on Human Resources
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role
- Solid knowledge of employment law and works council law
- Experience working with the works council and applying collective bargaining agreements
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness, even in complex situations
- High self-initiative, solution orientation, and negotiation skills
