About the role
- Advise employees and managers on all matters related to personnel development and networking
- Design, plan and support needs-based, tailored personnel development measures for managers and employees across our group
- Plan, conduct and evaluate development centers, assessment centers and personality tests
- Maintain the ACADEMY IT tools and support their further development
- Analyze and communicate statistics
- Travel within Germany (up to 30%)
Requirements
- Completed degree in business psychology, occupational and organizational psychology, business education or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in HR or personnel development as well as in personality diagnostics
- Solid knowledge of methodology and didactics for face-to-face and digital learning
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Team-oriented and empathetic
- Business-fluent German and good English skills, as well as user-level knowledge of common MS Office applications
