About the role
- As the central interface, you connect our customers with Omexom Offshore's business units
- From the outset, you take overall responsibility for tender projects – from the first customer contact to contract signature
- You prepare tender documents, produce cost estimates and develop technical concepts
- At customer meetings you present our company and our solutions convincingly and professionally
- In your role you organize and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams across different departments
- Together with Contract Management and the Legal Department you conduct contract negotiations with customers and subcontractors
- Internally, you moderate bid presentations and risk review meetings and ensure transparent decision-making bases
Requirements
- You hold a degree in business or engineering, e.g. in Economics, Business Administration (BWL), Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of professional experience in project management, ideally as a Bid Manager, Tender Manager, Proposal Manager or in a technical/industrial environment
- You have a strong understanding of operational processes, tenders as well as technical and commercial interrelations
- Your working style is structured, independent and solution-oriented
- You are confident in analysing complex issues and preparing them in a clear, precise and audience-appropriate manner
- With your high level of self-motivation, organisational talent and enthusiasm you know how to lead interdisciplinary teams and bring others along
- Very good written and spoken German and English complete your profile
