About the role
- Support the HR department in planning, implementing and monitoring projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders (data protection, works councils, payroll, etc.)
- Prepare reports, presentations and communication materials for management
- Create, maintain and further develop guidelines and documentation
- Identify and manage issues and project risks
- Ensure adherence to project standards and methodologies and consistent communication
- Independently gather information, analyze requirements and implement appropriate solutions
- Work closely with IT and HR administrators to optimize internal processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Project Management
- Initial project experience, e.g., through internships or working-student positions
- Analytical skills plus interest in and basic understanding of administrative and IT-related HR issues
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel within Germany during the trainee period
- Ideally: experience with project management software and SAP HCM
