About the role
- Strategic and operational management of the Business Unit in Berlin with a focus on sustainable growth
- Responsibility for revenue, profitability and contract-compliant project execution
- Identification of new market potentials and acquisition of new customers and projects, as well as maintenance of existing customer relationships
- Development and implementation of sales strategies
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team and targeted support for individual development
- Expansion of our network in the Berlin region and surrounding areas
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Strong sales skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Solid knowledge of the regional industrial sectors
- Strong communication skills, empathy and decisiveness
- Experience in project-based work and in managing complex processes
- Several years of professional/leadership experience in an industrial environment
