About the role

  • You plan, organize and support junior employee events and talent development initiatives — from preparation through on-site implementation.
  • You handle tasks related to participant management, coordinate with external service providers and ensure smooth execution.
  • You contribute your own ideas and help to further develop existing concepts and formats.
  • You are involved in HR projects and — depending on your interests — can also take ownership of smaller independent projects.
  • You maintain and update data in our HR systems, ensuring high data quality.
  • You support the optimization and maintenance of our HR processes.
  • You create and update clear user guides and documentation for HR applications.
  • You support the rollout of new HR systems or the further development of existing tools.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a comparable field.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in an HR environment.
  • You have good MS Office skills and an interest in HR systems (initial experience with systems such as SAP is an advantage but not required).
  • You work in an organized, structured and independent manner and show initiative as well as enthusiasm for new topics.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and have an interest in talent development, HR projects and working with HR systems.
