About the role

  • You are the primary IT contact for the Human Resources department and work closely with the IT team, key users and end users
  • You actively contribute to a variety of IT/HR projects — from requirements gathering and project management to implementation
  • You ensure compliance with corporate IT governance when introducing new software
  • You test and commission new HR systems and system components and perform regular updates
  • You handle customizing and documentation of functional enhancements for the systems in use, process incident reports as part of 2nd level support and coordinate system adjustments with our external IT service providers.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (e.g., as an IT specialist/Fachinformatiker) or a degree in computer science
  • Several years of professional experience in IT
  • A true team player with strong communication skills who is outgoing and cooperative
  • An independent, quality-conscious working style
  • Ideally, experience with DMS systems (Optimal Systems/Enaio)
  • Desirable: knowledge of Business Intelligence reporting (SSRS)
