About the role

  • Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple projects in the area of sprinkler system retrofits
  • Processing repair work orders from preparing associated quotations through to final acceptance
  • Ensuring contract-compliant execution of projects with regard to schedules, costs and revenues
  • Change order management
  • Maintaining contact with customers and participating in site meetings

Requirements

  • Completed training in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering, or an equivalent qualification (technician or master craftsman)
  • Some professional experience, ideally in sprinkler systems
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD programs, and proficiency with the MS Office suite
  • Structured and results-oriented working approach
